Bupa
At 3 Trees, the health and welfare of our staff are a top priority. That’s why every team member is enrolled in the Bupa Cash Plan.
This plan allows employees to claim money back on common health expenses, such as dental, optical, and prescription charges, all within annual benefit limits. No pre-authorization or medical assessments are needed, and even pre-existing conditions are covered.
Additionally, Bupa Cash Plans provide coverage for some costs related to consultations, diagnostic tests, and scans. Employees also have access to a telephone helpline, where experienced nurses are available to answer health-related queries.
