From 24-hour walks and cake sales to supporting our team members through challenging times, we’ve proudly engaged in numerous fundraising activities over the years.
Putting the 'Fun' Into Fundraising
At 3 Trees, we view fundraising as a chance to support worthy causes while having a great time. Bringing people together to make a positive impact is central to who we are.
Over the years, we’ve hosted a variety of events, from baking cakes to raise money for cancer research to fun runs and supporting colleagues facing health challenges. One of our most memorable fundraisers was the Three Peaks Challenge, where our team climbed the UK’s three highest mountains in under 24 hours, raising over £2,000 for a charity that helps people express themselves through dance.
We look forward to organising more events like these and continuing to support causes that make a difference beyond 3 Trees.
Teamwork
A shared, common purpose is key to building excellent teamwork.
That’s why fundraising is so effective. Bringing together a group of like-minded people to support a cause they passionately believe in creates a sense of unity and purpose.
Participating in fun or challenging events fosters deeper connections and camaraderie among team members. By giving back to a worthy cause, we also strengthen bonds with co-workers and boost positive emotions in the workplace.
Community is about feeling connected and responsible for what happens. Humanity is our ultimate community, and everyone plays a crucial role.
