We're Fed up of the Horror Stories
We want lack of induction and poor-quality training to be a thing of the past.
We at 3 Trees aim to do things differently.
At 3 Trees, we believe lack of induction and poor-quality training should be a thing of the past. Our induction is designed to be friendly, engaging, and impactful.
You'll meet a variety of 3 Trees staff members, each sharing their expertise and welcoming you into the 3 Trees family. Head over to our ‘Meet the Team’ page to see the friendly faces you'll get to know during your induction.
So What Can you Expect?
From the moment you successfully complete your interview, we’ll be in touch to guide you through the necessary paperwork.
You’ll be invited to our next induction, with access to our welcome pack, training syllabus, and induction timetable.
Our digital department will connect you to our online community, where you can learn more about how we operate and meet others who are starting the same journey. You can also begin e-learning courses (though we love face-to-face training when possible).
By the end of your induction, you’ll have interacted with numerous team members, including our directors, and feel confident in your decision to join us.
…And that’s when the real training begins!
We'll support you at every step
You’ll typically be invited to our headquarters in Westbury-On-Trym, Bristol, where you’ll engage in both face-to-face and digital training.
While we prefer in-person training, we understand that convenience is key. That’s why we offer a flexible digital platform for accessing training and resources online. Don’t have a laptop? We’ll provide one for you.
If you’re new to care, completing the Care Certificate is required, with timelines adjusted based on your part - or full-time status. To make this easier, we’ve digitalised the Care Certificate—no more lugging around heavy workbooks! Our training team is always available to assist with any questions.
As you complete the Care Certificate, you’ll also engage in various courses designed to make you an exceptional social care worker. After two weeks of training, you’ll be ready and excited to apply your new skills in the field.
