Expect to go through all your mandatory training within the first few weeks at 3 Trees, alongside additional training that may be unique to your roles & responsibilities.

We'll support you at every step

Our training is delivered by many different people. We all like to get involved in sharing our knowledge base and use it as an excuse to get to know you a little better.

This helps provide you with some familiarity and will give you the confidence to be able to approach a multitude of people if you are ever in need of support or advice. 

Staff members are encouraged to approach management with training suggestions too. 

We like to keep an open mind and listen to what you feel may be required to deliver the highest standards of care. It is about taking a collaborative and innovative approach!
