Positive Based Outcomes
At 3 Trees, producing positive outcomes is at the core of our identity and our aspirations. Our mission is to enhance lives, and if we’re not achieving this, we’re not fulfilling our purpose.
3 Trees has always been dedicated to delivering outcome-driven, person-centred care for all individuals we serve, prioritising people over profit. When we feel we’re not meeting the positive outcome goals for a service, we assist in finding an alternative provider better suited to their specific care needs.
We have proactively engaged with social services to reassess and, where possible, reduce care packages. For example, we’ve successfully adjusted support levels for individuals who no longer require additional assistance, thanks to the impactful work of our dedicated care team.
Visibility
Care workers enter the field to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. At 3 Trees, we believe it’s our duty to create an environment where our care staff can clearly see the positive impact they contribute to every day.

Changes in people’s lives are often small, subtle, and build gradually over time. These incremental steps, which care workers support, can sometimes be overlooked amid daily routines. We want our team to recognise and appreciate these small changes and the positive influence they bring.

By capturing and celebrating these positive outcomes, we reinforce the value of the work our carers perform and honour the daily successes that often go unrecognised. We aspire to develop a system to enhance outcome visibility, ensuring that the rewarding, impactful care our team provides is celebrated and shared across the company.
Supported Living is about helping individuals to live as independently as possible within their own homes. This is 3 Trees' main model of care and best suits our ethos.
3 Trees aim to be a centre of excellence, providing flexible, highly trained and reliable staff that are supported in their role.
In addition to our Support Living services, we also provide Outreach services. This is a great opportunity for those living at home with their families, to access their local communities with 3 Trees staff.
The CQC, an independent regulator of health and social care services in the United Kingdom, conducts meticulous evaluations to ensure organisations like ours meet the necessary standards of quality and safety.
