Producing positive outcomes is an integral part of who 3 Trees are and what we aspire to be. If we’re not bettering the lives of others, then we’re not doing what we set out to do.
3 Trees have always strived to deliver positive based outcomes to all those we provide services to. In this regard, we place people over profit.
If we do not feel that we are achieving positive based outcomes for a service, then
we support those services to find another provider that may be better suited to their
care needs.
There have been numerous occasions where we have pro-actively initiated talks with social services to reduce packages of care. Examples include reducing care staff for services who no longer require additional support due to the great work and positive outcomes achieved by our care team.
We aim inspire, motivate, encourage, people, demonstrating that engagement and growth is attainable, whether you have learning disabilities or not.
We support adults with learning disabilities. We support people by encouraging them to support themselves as best they can. We do not do everything for them unless they require that level of support.
Care workers typically join the industry to make a difference in the lives of others. We believe that we as care providers should provide an environment where care staff can see the positive changes that they are helping to make.
Changes to people’s lives aren’t always big. In fact, often they are small and slowly accumulate into big things over time. As a result, the small, positive changes that care workers are supporting people with can get lost in their daily care practices.
We don’t want our care staff to miss these small changes and the positive impact that they are making. By capturing these positive outcomes we’re able to reinforce the meaningful work that carers perform daily and celebrate the successes that so often go unnoticed.
We’re currently working on a system that really highlights the visibility of outcomes so that the rewarding, meaningful and impactful care that our team so often provide can be shared and celebrated with one another.

We don’t just care for those who use our services. We care for our staff too. Find out how we support our staff and listen to what they have to say.
