If you walked up to 10 strangers on the street and asked them to describe the first 3 things that pops into their head when they think of care work, what do you think they would say?
Cutbacks, staff shortages, lack of social care reform, poor media attention and living in the shadows of the NHS are just a few of the things that have plagued the social care sector in recent years. At 3 Trees, we aim to begin shaking things up a bit.
And to do that, we have invested in our media and marketing strategies. We want to share with the world what a fun, enjoyable and rewarding career people can have in social care. We want to be advocates for high quality care. We want to make care work desirable!

We have a fully equipped room that enables us to produce high quality video publications, podcasts and photography that will help us begin to impart the positive aspects of social care to the rest of the world.
We hope to share the room with other local companies and organisations and to support local people and businesses with their marketing efforts.
