What to say about 3 Trees Care & Support?

Well, I’ve worked here for just 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier to be here..

The company as a whole it’s just amazing and the colleagues are very supportive and friendly, management is also unbelievably supportive and amazing.

3 Trees is like a family, you do what you love doing, supporting individuals, giving the best possible person centred care, giving you a feeling that no jobs can give you. 3 Trees is definitely the place to work for if you love making a positive impact to service users life.

I been working for 3tcs fair few years now, I find my job role very fulfilling and rewarding, I am able to go home and know that I’ve truly made a difference to the life of somebody under my care.

3 Trees is a completely person-centred organisation and the life and wellbeing of service users is always at the heart of everything they do. I cherish the friendships I have built with the service users and colleagues, we have all worked hard and dedication to providing the best possible care is given throughout this pandemic…

I worked at 3 Trees for a number of years, I started as a support worker and then progressed to deputy team leader and finally team leader before leaving to complete a degree in social work.

I learned so much working for the company and my own values seemed to align with the 3 Trees ethos around promoting independence and empowering adults with learning difficulties to be part of their community and live happy and fulfilled lives.

There were plenty of training opportunities and also many opportunities to progress your career within the company. I would and do highly recommend 3 Trees to anyone thinking of starting or continuing a career in the care sector.

I returned to 3 Trees 6 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are all friendly and the directors and managers are all so approachable. I joined during covid and I can’t fault the company for the precautions they have taken. The company offers great pay and benefits. Such a lovely place to work!

I’d never worked in the industry before I worked for 3 Trees, I came in with no qualifications and really no experience. Yet, they hired me anyway.

They made sure I got the training I needed, they put me in for my NVQ (Which I’ve since passed) and have supported me with my own needs as an employee.
Team Leaders and Management have made sure I’ve been comfortable and
are approachable.

Working hours are flexible, whether you’d like to be part time, only work days or go all in. 3 Trees pay is solid, with increased rates in the evenings and increased again at the weekends, as well as Health Benefits with Bupa.

All said? Best place I’ve ever worked.

I have worked for 3 Trees for 2 years today 🎉 I would recommend this company to anyone looking at starting a job in care.

The training provided is of a high quality and the staff you meet are lovely you truly do make friends for life here.

The care provided to each individual is tailored to meet each service user’s needs and the support is of a very high standard. Join the team today! You won’t regret it 😊

Health Professionals

Check out just some of the lovely things health professionals have to say about us...

KS is an asset to 3 Trees. she is always polite, professional and contactable. she has such in-depth knowledge of DL’s historical and existing care needs and is a real advocate for DL.

KS is extremely proactive in her efforts and endeavours to ensure that DL’s health needs are being met; proactively chasing health appointments/departments and identifying and accessing relevant services to improve DL’s health and wellbeing.

It is such a pleasure to work with KS as you can truly see that DL is at the heart of the work they do.

The strategies you use with CG are fantastic and i’m impressed at how you’ve managed to use object reference and reflection to allow CG to express her emotions.

Many thanks to yourself and the team supporting DM for your help with this assessment. Having met you all now on a number of occasions it is apparent that the team are dedicated to providing DM with the best support possible and to help DM to engage in a varied and fulfilling life.

The support you have given DM over a number of years is obviously working well for DM, which is reflected in the improvement in health and support needs.

Good relationships, respect and good communication are evident in the way the team interact with DM and the responses to interventions. I wish you all well for the future and am sure you will all continue to offer DM the best support possible.

Family Members

Check out just a few of the things the families of those we support are saying about us...

D himself appears to be so well over the last few months, we’ve visited every week by him coming to the front door and us talking standing by the car. He looks great and we’ve been so pleased with the care everyone at 3 Trees has given D, especially keeping him safe from the virus.

We saw him in his garden last week for the first time, it was just so nice to sit at his garden table for half hour, him looking at his magazine and us having a good chat with L. Hopefully we will do this again soon…

Please do tell all the carers of our thanks, and we hope everyone stays well and safe.

We would like to send our thanks to the team of staff who cared for C during lockdown.

This must have been a difficult time for everyone, ensuring you and your families safety and also continuing to provide C with a secure and calm home.

During this time we were able to stay in contact with C by video calls and it was reassuring to see she was happy and content and not distressed by the changes to her normal routine, which we know she requires. The team also took the time to find activities C could pursue at home, such as growing fruit and veg, which she is proud of and creating things from clay, which has given her hours of enjoyment and shown her ability to make guitar models.

I have been meaning to write to convey our heartfelt thanks for all the hard work that you guys do “on the front line” with our nearest and dearest…..

It is because of your hard work and dedication that this entire awful situation has been made more bearable for us…..

We have felt confident in your skills and warmth of care to be able to leave our loved ones with you and respect the difficult decisions you have needed to make at times…..

We appreciate that every one of you have done your very utmost to care for and entertain our family member during the most difficult and challenging time….

Thank you to everyone there , we really do appreciate you so so much. We realise that this is far from over but look forward to continuing working with you all…..R’s “other” family
