Just because you’re an apprentice, doesn’t mean that your work is any less valued. We take pride in recognising that.
Typically, companies don’t always pay apprentices the going rate because they simply just don’t have too. But this seems a little wrong to us.
We give apprentices the training and opportunity to learn on the job whilst being paid accordingly. At 3 Trees, we value people who are devoted to care work and that contribute to the good of society regardless of experience or qualifications.
We believe in apprenticeships that offer real opportunity for experience and professional growth within care.
We provide apprentices with the environment to grow and learn what it’s like to work in a fun social care setting.
And the best part is that they are no longer apprentices but full-time social care workers! Not only do we aim to provide people with a positive experience of working in care, but also to encourage growth and expertise, whether they choose to stay at 3 Trees or move elsewhere.
We have been lucky enough to witness this at 3 Trees and aim to keep offering apprentices a chance to develop so that we can support the development of the industry as a whole.
